We are happy to accept returns on jewelry in exchange for store credit. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. Merchandise must be in unworn original condition. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs including duties. Mondo Mondo is not responsible for lost or damaged mail, we recommend that you insure your return shipment.
No returns or exchanges on fragrance. To be sure you will like a scent we recommend purchasing sample vials, available here: http://mondo-mondo.com/products/fragrance-sample-pack
All sales are final on sale items, fragrance, and custom size orders.

We ship orders within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted. Made to order pieces may take up to 6-8 weeks. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking (if available) via email.
All UPS, Fedex, and USPS Priority Mail shipments include tracking, insurance, and signature requirement. USPS First Class International does not include tracking or insurance. International customers are responsible for any duties or tax fees that may apply. Mondo Mondo is not responsible for lost or damaged mail.
Wrong ring size? We are happy to exchange your ring for the right size. Sometimes we don't have all sizes in stock in which case your exchange may take up to 8 weeks depending on our production schedule. We highly recommend having your finger properly sized in person by a jewelry store/jeweler prior to your purchase.
