Shipping & Production
In-stock items ship within 1-3 business days. Pre-order items are handmade to order, please allow 6-8 weeks from the nature your order is placed for production. This timeframe does not include holiday closures or unforeseen delays.
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking.
If your order includes multiple items and not all are in stock, it will ship once everything is ready. If you would like items shipped as they become available (for an additional shipping fee) please contact us.
If you need your order sooner than the listed timeline, email us at email@mondo-mondo.com prior to placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.
Shipping Responsibility
By placing an order, you agree to our terms and conditions and accept responsibility for your shipment once it is in transit. Mondo Mondo is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or tampered packages.
International Orders
International shipments typically arrive within 5-10 business days after dispatch, though customs delays may extend this.
All international orders are final sale. At this time, we are unable to offer repairs or resizing internationally. We recommend working with a trusted local jeweler for minor repairs.
Pricing & Promotions
Full-price items purchased within 24 hours of a promotion may be eligible for a price adjustment. We do not offer price adjustments on sale items, archive items, or orders placed through other retailers.
Returns & Exchanges
Please note that all Mondo Mondo pieces are handmade to order. We do not offer refunds. Approved returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Returns are accepted on jewelry within 7 days of delivery with the exception of fine jewelry. Items must be unworn and in their original condition.

How to Initiate a Return
All return requests should be submitted through our return portal.
You will be prompted to sign in and submit your request for review. You will receive next steps via email.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend insuring your return shipment, as we are not responsible for lost of damaged items.
Repairs & Resizing
To initiate a repair (U.S. only) or request resizing, please email email@mondo-mondo.com. Please include as much relevant information as possible including photos of the item in need of repair. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repair requests.
