In-stock items will ship within 1-3 business days. Pre-order items are handmade to order, please allow a 6-8 week window from the date the order is placed for your piece to be completed. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking via email. Please note the 6-8 week production time excludes any holiday closures.
If you placed an order with multiple items and not all items are in stock, the order will ship once all items are ready. If you would like items to ship as ready for an additional fee, please contact us.
If you need your order sooner than the posted turn around time, write us prior to ordering at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If you would like to require a signature confirmation please leave a note indicating so at checkout. Signature requirements will automatically apply for orders totaling $1,500 USD or greater.
By purchasing on our website you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur. Mondo Mondo is not responsible for packages once in transit; including any damaged, lost, or tampered with packages.
International customers are responsible for any duties or tax fees that may apply. All International orders are final sale. At this time we do not offer international repairs but we recommend taking your pieces to a local jewelry repair shop for minor repairs.
Price Adjustment Policy
Items purchased within a 24 hour period of a Mondo Mondo discount promotion will be honored.
Please consider that most Mondo Mondo pieces are handmade to order when you make a purchase.
Because items are handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns of 14k jewelry due to incorrect sizing. If you are at all unsure of your ring size, please visit a local jewelry store to be properly sized or purchase a ring sizer.
Returns on brass, gold-plated, silver-plated and sterling silver jewelry can be made within 7 days of receipt of your order in exchange for store credit. Returned merchandise must be in unworn original condition. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs including duties. We highly recommend that you insure your return shipment as Mondo Mondo is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
We do not offer refunds, returns are made for exchange or store credit only.
We are happy to accept exchanges for store credit on apparel that has not been worn, washed, or altered, with tags still attached and in the original packaging, within 7 days of receipt of order.

REPAIRS AND RESIZING
To initiate a repair (within the US) or for ring resizing, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The cost of repairs varies from case to case. There is a $45 fee for all resizing, when resizing is possible. Please understand that we cannot offer resizing or repairs for international customers at this time. Repairs and resizing may take up to eight weeks.
Please include your contact information, order number, date of purchase, and photo of the item when emailing about a repair. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repair requests.
